EF pays tax??

I just read this in the announcement of the new prices.  How can it be?  It's an non-profit organisation, not a business, correct?

Oops, I misinterpreted the explanation.  It was about the tax that is included in the prices, which is refunded eventually... only less this year, gah... Well done to the politicians.
