I've tried asking this in another thread but to no avail, so let's try here...

I see no mention of triple rooms in the new pricing, does this mean it's not going to be offered as an option? I'd assume so but I'm yet to see it officially announced anywhere, and if that is indeed the case it'd be nice to know so I can start panicking.

Many thanks!

Why panic if you cant get a tripple room? Is it the end of the world if you can only share with one of your friends?

Well it was hinted a triple room might yield a small discount of about 10%, but no more information was available yet.

I would like more information about that as well, and I don't see Honey, why you replied to him like that.

Because i think its silly to directly plan to panic over maybe not getting a trippe room... -.-
But i hope you get the information you need. Now can we please move on?

I'm also waiting for the 3 per room info, the best is to wait for the registration to open, I think we will have more info at that point Smiley
And there is still 6 month to organise the rooming Smiley

The hotel has only a very limited supply of extra beds for double rooms ... if we sell out too fast, they might rent extra beds, however at the moment it's not enough to offer it as a regular online booking option for everyone Smiley

So for now we only have a small supply of three-bed-rooms that Reg Staff can book for you on request ... if you ask nicely by email after you've registered.

If the number of extra beds is the problem, then what if two persons share one bed? I did it at the last Eurofurence (three people and only 2 beds). Would it be possible for 3 people to get the room with 2 beds?

If the hotel sees three people on the list for a double room, they will assume you want a third bed.

To be honest, out of necessity for one night I had to sleep with 2 other furs in one bed (yeah, it is possible to pack furs that much, you know, all this fluff and such Tongue ). But going back on track, couldn't it be arranged somehow to get standard double room for 3 people? Lets say that after registering all three people would send an e-mail requesting two others to stay with them in the same room without the need to add extra bed. Could you then arrange it with the hotel? It's even less hassle for the hotel as they wouldn't have to worry about the bed. The only thing to do would be getting three keys (magnetic cards) to the same room.
