EF 17 Theme suggestions

i actually like the sound of the 911/112/999 emergency services idea :) it gives people lots of room to play about with various ideas (for example K9/dog units) it also stands as a metaphorical tip-of-the-hat to the hard work the guys in the emergency services do day-in day-out (especially so at cons be they furry or not).
