Dealers' Den NOT booked out, yet
« on: 11.06.2010, 10:26:20 »

Greetings!

Right now I have about 65 tables reserved for dealers.
Our Den, however, is large enough to hold up to 90 tables this year!

There's still quite some time left until the deadline for application expires on the 1st of August,
so if you are unsure if you should even bother applying for a table, this is a firm and decisive YES.

If, after the deadline has passed, there are still tables left, I'll fill the space two-fold:
firstly by expanding some of the dealer's table space, and secondly by rearranging
the tables into a less cramped setup, whatever seems better at the time.

Either way, if you want to sell something but didn't even bother applying because
you expected the Den to be booked out anyway, please send your application by
email to dealers@eurofurence.org, containing the following information:

  • your Eurofurence registration number
  • your nickname as entered into the EF registration form
  • your full, real name (optional)
  • your email address
  • a short list of the merchandise you're planning to sell
  • the required table space (anything between ½ and 2 tables is common, usually 1 table is well enough)
  • the amount of chairs you'd like at your table
  • whether you'll need a (german 230V) power socket at your table (optional)
  • lastly, who you'd prefer to sit next to, and, more importantly, who you'd like to avoid sitting next to (optional)
