Dealers' Den Seating Plan
« on: 24.08.2010, 14:59:33 »

Greetings!

After æons of fiddling with the table setup for this year's Dealers' Den, finally a plan has emerged that assigns table space to everyone who applied.
In a few cases the table amount had to be reduced for everyone to fit, but in the end there's neither a waiting list, nor any empty space.

Attached to this post you'll find the current table plan, to see where you'll be seated and who is going to be your neighbor. Depending on how detailed the information was in your application, people you share your table with may have been assigned an own (half) table, or not show up in this plan at all. For example, if you wrote me that you and someone else are sharing one full table, both of you likely got half a table right next to each other. Sheer formality, really, it's still a whole table for both of you. Technically we don't care who else is sitting and selling stuff at your table.

Please be aware that this plan is more or less final, unless you spot serious mistakes, of course.

The tables will be marked appropriately on the convention, you do not need to remember the table number or anything else on this plan, really. Your badge will be enough on site to claim your table.

Best regards,
