DJ panel on EF 17

Would this panel just be for the ones who allready are DJ s' and thus aimed for trying off equipment,
or is it also aimed for people who have never DJ'd before, and are just looking for knowledge about music styles that go well together?
As a little more down to the fundamentals about what makes a good DJ and such.

i pesonally would like to combine the two so to start off at the basics and then give a bit more in depth look

Everything ;) from never seen DJ equipment to fooling around and more advanced stuff ;)

I have VIRTUAL DJ PRO on my laptop and mp3s on my external HDD... does that count too as a DJ?

thats pretty much what i have been using since 2008 :)
that and a few external gear in present day =)
