Sure :)
Drift:
I will be in Italy just before going to EF, so I will bring some snacks as well :)
Another thing: there are so many people getting excited about that food exchange, should we try to make it more official?

If there is enough animo I wouldn't mind looking into getting a place where we can all trade things with each other. Got to see what can be done.
KartFox:
Go ahead and put me on the list, too. My travel partner is excited about putting together some snacks for everyone. :)
How many people should we expect to make stuff for?
Ralesk:
My current list of stuff:
[*] Túró rudi – a weird ‘hungaricum’ that people find absolutely a horrid idea, but usually once they try it, they'll love it forever. Cottage cheese (Quark for you Germans) covered in dark chocolate.
[*] A new product from the same company, a variant on this: filled with chocolate and the cover has nuts in it.
[*] A local smoked cheese called Karaván – one of my favourite simple cheeses, I have a few foreign friends who love the stuff, so I'm gonna bring some.
[*] Original Hungarian style pickled cucumber (kovászos uborka) – my dad's stuff. If you don't like it, worst case we'll eat it, no problemo :D
[*] Some also home-made apricot jam.
[/list]
How many people are currently interested altogether in this event? And which of you would like to try any of these? (and if you have something else in mind that you know of and would love us to bring from Hungary, poke me!)
