well i have made an decision:

M2F Transgender are welcome in this SIG.
Those may join us after 22:00.

The time from 21:00 to 22:00 is reserved for non transgenders.
This is made because some girls told me, that they would have problems with speaking freely about some particular topics, if there were people in the room, who weren't born female.

I am open for critic but be fair please!
