Indie music venues in Magdeburg

This isn't quite related to the actual convention, but does anyone know of any smaller venues in Magdeburg for non-professional live indie music?

I've been contemplating the possibility of maybe doing a short gig while I was down for the convention this year, but I don't know what venues might be open to something of my style (which is like this and this), so I don't know where to ask. Any help and suggestions would be much appreciated!
