I have a problem with room reservation and i need a help...
On 19/01/2013 i do reservation for me and my mate, and on registration form i specificate that i share room with him...few minutes ago my mate call me and say that an automated email advice that marim hotel was completely booked out,we do registration in time i do all the passage that you ask and i advice my mate share room with me and now arrive this message?
I'm sure that was a booking error but pleasee can you control this inconvenient?
I already pay the ticket and room and we are sorry but we don't want another roommate
