I'll bring something more than what I brouhgt last year.

Any particular request about italian's snacks?

For those of us unfamiliar with what Italy offers in the way of snacks, perhaps you might provide a list of popular snacks with details for each, such as:

1)  What is it called
2)  What is it like to eat (is it crunchy, salty, chewy, sweet, bite-sized, bar, biscuit, wafer, etc).
3)  What is it made of (primary ingredients).

Drift:
Beeing partly italian, I would like to bring along the same stuff I brought two years ago:
- Fonzies (delicious corn/cheese puffs)
- Chinotto (non alcoholic herbal drink, like Jägermeister without alcohol)

I live close to Italian border but I've never heard of it. It would be interesting to try.

Leophan:
Btw, is this supposed to be sort of a buffet where people can walk around and sample?

No, the idea is that it's a place where people can share food from their culture with other people who do the same and enjoy doing so.
It's about tasting small bits or sip small drinks and is in no way a replacement for dinner or lunch neither should it ever be.

Hope this helps :)
