You say:

"All rooms at the Estrel are double rooms"

... and there is a price for double room per room, so far so good...

... and then you give a price for a single room, and now I am confused.

Could you please clarify this?

Where? I see prices for a single person or two persons for each room type.
Same procedure as last year.

Well, it means "all rooms have two beds". You can book them as single rooms, but it will be the exact same physical configuration and size of room you get when you book a double.

nobs:
so "single room" is the price for using a double room alone

I think now I get it :)
