Any other hotels near the Estrel?

Does anyone know which are the nearest hotels/hostels in the zone where the Estrel is?

maps.google.com may give you an answer. There seems to be a hostel 500 away. The Estrel is 100m from a S-Bahn station away, if you check along the line. Another option may be looking for Ferienwohnung/ holiday apartment (?). This means flats/ apartments are rented out to tourists for exclusive use. Just an idea, I have no direct link to such.
