Is that also possible during regging in January? That you can book a room in the hotel using the registration phone number on the site of the Estrel? Or do you really need to book it using the site n stuff?

It's probably possible to book via phone, but I never tried.  If anything, I would never want to because the site registration immediately gives you a written confirmation of your registration in e-mail, rather than just the word of some person on the other end of the line who can misunderstand your name, address, discount code, whatever.
