Weather reports for the upcoming event would be nice. Is there a website for Suhl weather report ^ö.ö^

Last 2 years there was some rain at Nurnberg but mostly sunny or cloudy mews

The name 'leopard' may derive from an old notion that leopards were the result of crosses between lions (leo) and panthers (pard).

Remember whatever the weather is like, it'll be better than England's weather.

Actually the first day and night of EF 13 was quite interesting, because it was very cold and windy. Perfect for fursuiters. In latter days started to rain a little, plus the fog in the morning.

Doesn't the rain cause problems for the fur in the suits though? Wet fur smell, and all that?

On a hot day the suit would probably get soaked as well, with doubtful improvement smell-wise.

Hmm, latest update: http://wetter.rtl.de/deutschland/dt.php

When you set it on "Mi. 27.8." it shows nice weather awaits us in Suhl.
However next days do not look so promising. On Friday - heavy overcast...

Its good to mention the weather was overally better than last year, we even got some really sunny days out there (bad for fursuiters though :) ) What really surprised me was the Monday morning thunderstorm, it woke me up at 8:30 AM or so... but it was nice to just lye in bed and listen to the sound of thunder and rain outside.

It was a fitting weather on the Monday when we had to leave, the weather was sad cause EF was over :P

I loved the weather... except when I was driving. Our car is old and doesn't have any decent ventilation (let alone AC), so when I got home after 5 hours of driving I was pretty sticky and sweaty.

I must say,the weather was good pretty much and that thunderstorm on the Monday morning,WOW! what a way to say good bye eh? ;) wish we could get storms like that in the UK,instead we have a cloud fart which lasts about a second or two and then it just empties down.   ;D

Yeps. I could live with a really bad storm and some torrential downpour and then back to sunshine.. instead we get this half-hearted rain, which usually isn't very downpoury at all, but lasts for months at a time.... No wonder the UK's such a paradise for Anti-depressants. How else would we get our serotonin-fix? Sunshine would do it, but.. well.. ^.^

(And no, I don't take 'em. But I know a lot of people who do.. straaange.)
