Stage Crew is looking for Light Jockeys at EF2015

(1/4) > >>

EosFoxx:
Hi there,

Ever wanted to do a Lightshow for all that Fursuiters dancing or while BBF is spinning?
Ever wanted to work with a big lighting rig?

Then we are looking for you!
We are looking for about 11 people to help us run the lightshow during the dances at EF.

Some experience in Martin Lightjockey is a plus but it's not needed. We will teach it to you in a couple of minutes, it's really simple and fun the moment you start working with it.
Also you will have an experienced light tech from our team at your side the whole time, that will help you if you get stuck somewhere.

The Dances last for about 6h (80s Dance) or 8h(Fursuit dance and BigBlue Dance). So every volunteer will get a 2h "shift".

If we could rise your interest you can apply right here in this thread.
Already have some preferences? Tell them too.  :)

Here are the Slots we are looking to fill in:

80s Dance (Wednesday)
21:00 - 23:00 Shift - A
23:00 - 01:00 Shift - B
01:00 - 03:00 Shift - C

Fursuit Dance (Thursday)
21:00 - 23:00 Shift - A
23:00 - 01:00 Shift - B
01:00 - 03:00 Shift - C
03:00 - 05:00 Shift - D

Big Blue Dance (Saturday)
21:30 - 23:00 Shift - A
23:00 - 01:00 Shift - B
01:00 - 03:00 Shift - C
03:00 - 05:00 Shift - D

Hohtis:
Definitely interested, but I'm not sure about my schedules yet!
I'll send you a PM once I know better. :3

SciFox:
Hi,
I´m an absolute beginner in terms of LJing but I'm willing to learn and I would be glad to contribute to the Dance Events on Thursday and/or Sunday. Is there something like a simple tutorial (or simulation) for Martin LightJockey ?

Basil Lion:
I'd like to take part in this. But have no experience.
Shift "C" on any day will do (otherwise busy with staff work)

Preferably:
80s Dance (Wednesday) 01:00 - 03:00 Shift - C
or
Big Blue Dance (Saturday) 01:00 - 03:00 Shift - C

CheetahPaw:
Same here! ^.^
I'd like to learn and do the lights. Shift B or C will be good.
