Hotel room Q - Adding a name and adjusting dates

I need to add a name to my room, until now it was me alone and I have agreed to let a friend who is registered for EF stay with me. How is this best accomplished? I tried online but  that system is not working as I had hoped.

EDIT: Assuming you are staying at the Estrel Hotel. For other hotels please look on their websites for the contact information. The process should be the same.

just write the hotel an email (reservierung@estrel.com) containing your reservation details, the new persons name and the new dates. They normally reply rather quick (within 1 to 3 days).
You help them a lot when you quote your booking confirmation in the mail you write them :)
