Hiya guys! I got word on when and where the evnt wil take place now. :)

Thursday at 12-15, in room Nizza.

This means that I probably WON'T be there for the very first par of it, as the photoshoot I'm at is from 11 to 12, but I won't be more than half an hour late :)

That one is behind the Estrel-Stube(Steak+Schnitzel) and following the map smaller than room Paris from last year.

Well, since we had enough spare place for a third table row last year nothing to worry about.  #p

I didn't have time to make two things for this year's exchange, like I'd hoped to do... But I'm bringing along some Danish 'æblekage' (apple cake, but dear god, no it's not a cake XD) :)

I found a way to make it in smaller servings, since it's usually served in one huge bowl ;)

Basically you have sweet bread crumbs (or something like it), with stewed apples/applesauce and whipped cream on top :) It tastes so damn delicious! And it's a real classic dessert here ^w^ I mean, just look at it!

I'm bringing liquorice caramel only, since the gummies I made didn't turn out very well.

Woohoo! The Danish table is more than ready, then! :'D

BTW, det lykkedes for mig ved at jeg portions anretter det i små shotsglas og giver folk en lille engangs ske med :P
