Ticket Transfer E-Mail

Hey everyone :)

I just wanted to ask how long it usually takes until I get an answer on my E-Mail.
I wrote an E-Mail a few weeks that I would like to take over the Ticket from someone else.
He also wrote an E-Mail about it but we didn't get an answer yet.
I only got an E-Mail that I should pay for my Ticket in the next few days but I already said that I won't need my Ticket anymore because of that.
The E-Mail said that I should reply to it if I had any questions but I didn't get an answer yet either...

It would be nice if someone could help me ^^
