Question about hotel booking notify

There will be an "ihotelier" booking link available when the booking begins. It will come by email, but it will be the same link for all attendees (encoding a hotel id and a booking group unlocked at that time), so if you don't get it when the time runs hot, you can ask a friend too. :)

Ok but, they hadn't a good choice about the time, mondey at 9:00 am it's a bad time for workers, they will can't be online at 9:00 am to fight for a room at estrel

Any time that could be picked would be good for some people and bad for others. I think it was posted somewhere else that we had a time window between 5 AM and 9 AM and chose 9 AM. You know it more than a week in advance now and can plan accordingly or task a friend with lending you a hand, with a computer or a mobile device. :)
