Hi there, I was wandering if last year's EF App will get an update to work with this year's event or if there will be a new app for this year? Is there any information about this yet?

The app will be updated (on all platforms) for this years convention, yes, including some extra features that we didn't have last year. :)

There will be an update available from the app store / marketplace of your platform before the convention for everyone, and we'll likely have QR codes in the con book in case you want to remove it now and re-install it later (or just fetch it from https://app.eurofurence.org). You won't see any updates until maybe 2-3 weeks before the actual convention date, though - those are only rolled out to beta testers, as we will not release a public update before the event schedule is ready to be shared.

We do have a Telegram Group that we use for announcing updates (and where we might look for volunteers to test features) that you can join here: https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAD9cH9qt5qJcp7V7wQ - It's usually pretty quiet in there, though. :)
