Board Removal

Hi everyone!

I just removed the "Panels & Workshops" board. It was intended as an internal communication media between staff and panelists, but it never quite worked that way, so it is now obsolete. For public discussion, there is of course still the "Programming" board. All recent active threads will be moved there.
