Title: Enbac or comparable disinfectant?
Post by: Vendace on 22.07.2008, 08:20:38
Lately, I've been trying to find a site online to order a can of Enbac to throw in my fursuit care bag, along with a sewing kit and brush. So far, though, I've only been able to find it in packs of 12 from a janitorial supply site. I just need one can of the stuff...Does anyone know of a place where I can get either it or something similar? I'd use Lysol, but I can't find any unscented stuff, and Fabreeze just covers up smell instead of killing the bactira that causes it.

And no, this isn't a way to get around washing it XD I want something to keep my suit smelling fresh during EF ^_^

Lysol works just fine...

Last I checked, aerosols like EnBac can't be shipped to APO, so I use Lysol.

well, you can buy it separately..
"Oust" or "Febreeze" as smellkiller,
and medical desinfection pumpspray against the bacteria.

There is also a variation of Febreeze that already has some kind of sanitising agent in it. It's called "Febreeze Antibacterial". It's quite good for short-term use.

As you are from the US, I've heard that Walmart sells an aeresol spray disinfectant that is made of the
same ingredients in Endbac (and its cheaper too).
Seems its called Great Value Fresh Linen Antibacterial Spray Disinfectant

Thanks for the assist, guys ^_^ I didn't know there was an antibactiral Fabreeze...I'll have to see if the base exchange has it. If not, Lysol will work fine ^_^ I was just hoping to get the EnBac because I heard it worked really well. Oh, well, no big. Thanks again!

You should be able to, I have a few bottles of the stuff, and I picked it up at the local commissary.

Yep, it seems the antibacterial Febreze seems to be only available in Germany. At least i always have to export it into switzerland because they also cannot get it there.
