I thought lets discuss the times.

I found that the time of the group foto was way to early.
Alot of peeps where still in there beds because of the late party's the evening before.

Moving the time to like 1pm would already be sutch a big improvement.

While I do agree that the group photo shoot was way too early, I don't really see any other way of doing it. Moving it to the afternoon would pretty much screw with everybody that has a panel during that time.
