Title: Art Show Confusion
Post by: EosFoxx on 03.02.2011, 10:35:34
Sorry, I hope it's okay to post this here.

At the moment there is a big confusion around the artists if the art registration is open or not.
Some (me included) already have wrote to you on the day of the registration and didn't get and answer some just wrote recently but also didn't recieve an answer.

Could you give us an update of the current status?
May be snding out an - pls be paitent mail or something.
Would be really good I think.

Greetings
Eos

You can find the procedure how to register in our Rules or the FAQ on the homepage here: http://www.eurofurence.org/EF17/artshow.htm. Please feel free to apply, once you have read them :)

For returning artists we also have a short section of changes to the rules from previous years, which you might be interested in: http://www.eurofurence.org/EF17/artshow-changes.htm.

The registration for panelspace is still via eMail - however, please be patient and do allow us a few days to answer back. Both managers have been very tied down by their day jobs as of late. Don't worry, if you got the confimation that your eMail has been recieved, you can be assured that it is logged. Thus we will have taken notice of your reservation, even if you haven't recieved a personalised reply yet.

I would like to stress however, if you write us an eMail and don't recieve any confirmation (be that an automated response or a personal reply), please try again or contact us via the forum here.

And I would like to ask for one more thing: If you've got a ticket number, please give us that number when asking about the status of your registration. It'll make finding your request much easier.
