Dear Artists;
since it has been asked: Yes, the Art Show registration is indeed open.
Personal confirmations were a bit delayed because I tried to include the online database information with the response; however, since there are changes to that database regarding the charity, this is taking a bit more time than anticipated. To avoid more waiting, I am processing the registrations without that info now, and you will be informed on the exhibit database access in a separate mail. If you have not yet received a confirmation, await one within the next few days. You should receive an automated answer from the ticketing system though; if you do not receive such, the mail may have been lost, and you should check back with us - email is not as reliable as we wish ;-)
If you register for the Art Show, please take the time to read the rules (since there were some changes from last year) and fill out all the data that is requested. Again, adult and general show will be separated this year!
