However, I can only assume, none of us has any influence in the matter.
So everyone going to EF, just has got to weight his or her options.
Besides, parking the car in the city isn't free either.

One of the Solutions is to get a ride on a german car with those a green sticker

To the moderators; thanks for splitting the topic and creating this thread, and sorry for the inconvenience.

Actually I will be going by car, a friend is traveling with me.
Getting the vignette is not hugely expensive, and I can order it simply online.
Like mine, most modern cars are eligible for the green sticker, so no problem.
But your idea of carpooling with someone who already has the sticker, can be a good alternative.
Theoretically it's also possible to park the car outside the Umweltzone, and take the train or tram to get to the city centre.
