Thats a good idea and good timing for applying this option at the time beeing, but there is one small problem i'd like to be answered.
But first lemme tell you a small "story" so you can understand the point better:
Me and a friend already booked/registered/paid for the con, and we both already put our ID's as roomates and such. Now, another friend of mine, also booked/registered/paid for the con (he also got the mail that " a room has been reserved for you blah blah") wants to join us as a "third", because his other friend who was suppose to be roomates, canceled the registration. Is that possible? if yes, whats the proper procedure to do this? :c

I'm not really sure I understand what you mean. I think it might be possible, but you'll have to clear that up with loewi by email either way - since all that swapping around needs to be done by him in the database, there's no way to book this through the registraiton web interface :) So please send an email to reg@eurofurence.org and loewi will see what he can do.
