Title: Tapatalk Plugin for us mobile users at the con
Post by: SibSerag on 26.08.2012, 19:08:41

Is there a chance you guys install the tapatalk plugin for SMF at ef forum?
http://www.tapatalk.com/activate_tapatalk.php?plugin=smf (http://www.tapatalk.com/activate_tapatalk.php?plugin=smf)
Its free, runs stable, installs without problems.

There are many furs, including myself, using the comfortable tapatalk-app on the go.

This would greatly improve the forum over EF18

Note: Tapatalk doesn't seem to support forums that use SSL.

*push*

So, any chance to add tapatalk connectivity to the EF forum?

Should not be any problems with the newer tapatalk plugins.

Is anyone else interested in tapatalk?

I'm not too fond of it because it's subscription based and their business model is mostly pushing ads to mobile users. And it self-advertises it to mobile users using the web site in a very obnoxious manner. So it better be worth the money and the hassle :)

As an alternative solution, providing a mobile theme (or even better, a responsive one), may be the easiest, safest and best fitting way.

Yeah, their self-ads extremly annoying. Sorry, but I'd be in favour of not adding it.
