Post by: SeffieWuffy on 20.01.2013, 20:02:51
Is it ok to have alcoholic drinks in our hotel room but not at the convention hall?

Basicly it is allowed but since we had some major issues with extreme use of alcohol inside the rooms last year i can say that we have a zero tolerance policy if there are any problems.

As long as you have a bottle of wine or beer or whatever everything is fine.

But:

- if anything gets dirty or damaged in the hotel rooms you have to pay the full costs plus a fee of 200€ right at the con.
- the room sevice will check the rooms daily

Well I always bring some local specialities (Belgian beers, Jenever), so other people can sample them, that hasn't been a problem before.
