What kind of orders are you taking?
Basically you can order everything, as long as it's made of leather. Most examples in our galleries are collars and cuffs made for people around the world. We specialize on custom works according to your ideas. Be it a limegreen collar with a white stripe in the middle, or a simple naturally tanned leather with a D-Ring in the front.
Adult equipment, such as specially crafted bondage collars/cuffs are avaiable on request. Please keep in mind that we are not allowed to show such gear at the Dealers Den. If you wish to see examples, talk to us at the Den and we'll see if we can arrange a meeting later on.
If you're unsure whether we craft what you are looking for, feel free to message us. We don't bite.

How much would that be?
As said before, we specialize on custom collars, so the price will be calculated based on your wishes. Ask for an estimate, that way you know what you're getting yourself into!
If you don't preorder but instead order at the con, there will be shipping costs too. They depend on whether you want tracking (recommended), or if you want a specific company to ship. Our standard shipping method is UPS or TNT and comes with insurance plus tracking code, all for about 20€/26$/17£
Shipping in a simple envelope is avaiable for 5€/6$/4£.

How long do you take?
Depending on complexity it will take us 2-3 days to craft your collar. In addition there'll be questions for sure, adding to the time we take to finish your things. Depending on how fast things go, we'd estimate 2 weeks from first contact to finished work.
Note that shipping takes additional time. Depending on when we send it and where you live it should arrive in about 2-4 weeks.
Do mind please, our team consists of students, who are all working for a degree. Depending on when you order it might be that building is delayed due to upcoming exams.

What materials do you use? How long will the collar last?
By default we use chemically tanned leather. Naturally tanned and Fake leather is only used upon request and will be more expensive, since we specially buy it for your order. All metal accessoires are avaiable in Messing, Chrome, and nickle plated.
When worn daily the collar should last 5-10 years, unless you decide to do crazy stuff such as washing it in your washing machine along with your jeans. The seams are made with sailmaking equipment. When used in it's original purpose it is design to last for 7 years on the seas.

What if something breaks?
All orders have a 2-year warranty on them. Improper use nullifies the warranty.
It should seem logical that we won't repair your collar if you have washed it, lifted weights with it, or tried to dry it in the oven.

How can we reach you?
Apart from the messaging feature on the EF-Forum, we have profiles on deviantArt (http://www.dutchcollar.deviantart.com/), FurAffinity (http://www.furaffinity.net/user/dutchcollar/), Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/DutchCollar) and Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/Harlequin_DC), where you can find us.
In addition, you can directly E-Mail us at dutchcollar.shop@gmail.com
Messages are accepted in English, German and Dutch.

Do you have examples of your work?
You can find a list of our finished orders in our Galleries on FurAffinity, deviantArt and facebook. You might even catch a glimpse of some prototypes there.

Question!
Feel free to send a PM, our team doesn't bite.

Will have a look for sure, since I've been looking for some fancy collar for quiet some time now.

Just as a side node: The links in your post appear to be broken, because you apparently have enclosed the URLs in quotes.
