To all users of the OTRS ticket system: OTRS will be down for maintenance and upgrades for a while. That means, for the time being, the web interface is unavailable, and incoming emails will be spooled. I hope to have the ticket system back online later tonight.
UPDATE: OTRS IS BACK! If you keep getting redirected here, clear your browser cache.
