Can I join EF next year with a budget of € 900,= ? Think that will be enough to join the party? It'll be fun to see that big hotel and making photos of all the fluffs! ;D

That's more than enough.
EF itself is around 80 euros, the hotel was 45€/night if you have a roomie, and travel shouldn't be too expensive from the Netherlands.
So yeah :)
Of course it depends on what you want to do, how much you want to spend, but yeah.

Should be doable, depending on your travel expenses and food/beverage costs.
45,50 Euro per night at the hotel 2 person standard double room, for 5 nights that is € 227.50 (that was 2014, depends on deal if we get it at that rate this year)
Around 85 euro (assuming the price stays the same) for a basic entry EF with stage pass.
Then you need something to eat and drink. Breakfast is included with the hotel.
Assuming you buy some drinks from the store you can go with 20 euro in and maybe another 20 if you drink a good bit of beer.
You can eat for like 8 euro a day at the McDonals, 15 if you get a basic meal at any of restaurants a the hotel.
And that should mostly cover it.
My budgeting for 900 euro included an additional 4 day stay at the center of Berlin in a cheap hotel and extra money for buying stuff at the dealers den.
