Title: Troubles with payment system

Hi!
I got my EF ticket at day one, I got Standard + Sponsor ticket, I don't want the stage ticket just because never I follow it, and because this year there isn't fur-puppet show and I don't know what other show need tickets.

BTW I payed 140€ with my credit card, it was 10 jan, but today I received an email:

According to our database you have not yet paid one or more Eurofurence
membership packages. This payment was due by 24.01.2015.

If we do not receive payment or hear from you otherwise within the next
seven days, your registration will be cancelled.

====> Status

Your status is: OVERDUE - Please pay your outstanding fees.

Than I goes to my EF reg page and I found again the stage ticket, must I wait that it come back like a zombie again? Or this year I must get the stage ticket?

Could you direct individual payment questions to reg@eurofurence.org please? You'll usually get a quicker reply than here in the forum.
