Hi,
I posted a ticket through the EF contact page. (Ticket#2015021599000069)
I didn't pay much attention to the confirmation mail at first but now I have noticed that my question appears to be truncated (at least in the reply I got from the OTRS).
The cut is just after a sentence so it doesn't look obvious.
I just wanted to know if my question got through whole and is just waiting in queue, or it somehow got cut off, making it look spamlike.

Don't worry, our OTRS really just truncates the message that is being confirmed to you, while the recipent receives the full version.

Thanks, I was missing an indication of this behaviour (like "[...]" in the subject) and panicked.
