Is it possible when using a credit card to get the whole paying thing done in one go? Like when you are accepted within minutes, paying the money for the con ánd right after that picking a room on the Estrel hotel site using the code that you get?
Or is there a gap between filling out the reg form and getting accepted? (not doing the whole paying biz in one day)

There is a gap after filling out the reg form - the first one is yourself clicking on the confirmation link in the email, the second one is our registration team manually accepting your registration. For this I cannot predict how long it will take - may be minutes if Loewi is just working on it, may be days otherwise. You can then pay for the convention directly and I do think registration and payment for the hotel could also be done immediately - though this involves Estrel / hotel booking, which is outside of our control.
May I ask why doing it "in one day" is important for you?
