Title: Contacting Eurofurence form on the webpage

Is the contact form on the website still supposed to be sending out 'thank you for your email, we will get back shortly' message? Because I've tried sending a message about a week ago and I didn't get one. So... Did the form not work, or has the 'thank you' message been discontinued?

normaly you get a ticketnumber (even when the mail hit the EF-spamfolder) so look into your spamfolder...sadly some Mailproviders lists mail with Ticketnumbers as spam

Thank you very much for pointing this out. While meo's hint regarding spam is correct, we'll investigate if everything runs as expected on our end, too. Let us know the result of checking your spam folder.
