Title: Visual Verification Required for Registration

Hi everyone!

Since there has been a noticable number of automated user registrations, it's now mandatory to pass a CAPTCHA (Visual Image Verification) test for certain actions in the board such as:

• New User Registration
• Using the Search Function when not logged in
