hello!
My name is Alastor and i represent a group of furries from mexico interested on attending EF 21'
we're looking for someone of sales, tickets or similar department to contact but no one answer us.
i hope someone can answer some doubts about tickets issuing, special fares and assistance on-site (we're already know about the assistance plan posted in the site but we need mor information about it)

Contact Eurofurence (https://help.eurofurence.org/)
Choose "Registration" in the drop-down menu and fill in the rest of the form.
Due to the current world events, most departments are not fully staffed.

thanks for your reply but, unfortunely, we need a direct contact with someone because we've tried that option before since january with absolute cero responses from anyone.
if you know someone who i can talk via MP or similar please tell me as soon as possible.

Sorry to hear that you seem to be waiting for a reply for so long.
Unfortunately non of the departments can find any support ticket in your name in the system.
All convention tickets are exclusively sold through our online system, once it goes live.
This will be announced ahead of time. There are no early access bookings, no group bookings and no special rates available.
Regarding Visa questions, please refer to the FAQ unter der aforementioned link https://help.eurofurence.org/faq (https://help.eurofurence.org/faq)
(Section: Do I need a VISA) (EF will not issue invitations. Please use a regular tourist visa process.)
Regarding travel advice, please refer to travel guides online and/or your local travel agency.
EF staff can unfortunately not offer personal travel advisors, or business advice.
On the positive side, there are literally thousands of furries from all over the world in this community that have been to EF before.
If you post your questions in the forum, or use one of the many telegram groups, it is quite likely that you will get good advice.
