Hello there, this is mainly a question and permission asking for the Eurofurence staff, whether it would be possible to organize a fencing/fighting performance at the con. Provided to have the dedicated space and all, and all the other proper organization and security requirements, and so on. Something that would last from 5 to 10 minutes.

I don't think this would be a problem if its known in advance when its gonna be, and who is going to take part to security can schedule someone to be there.

unfortunately, this is not possible due to insurance reasons.
doing sport events would sky-rocket its rate because of risk.
