Workout at EF
« on: 14.08.2008, 01:54:03 »

Hi there!

I just found out that the Ringberg Hotel has a gym! Well... I didn't notice it last year ._.

So I'll certainly go workout once or twice during EF and since workout alone is boring and maybe dangerous I'd like to know if theres any other BodyBuilders out there who'd like to join me :)

I´m gonna be there too. I have serious back problems and I have to exercise to ease the pain.

I won't use the Gym, but I started to swim a few months ago and therefore you'll most likely find me a lot in the pool area. :3

I might actually have a dip in the pool this year, completely ignored it last year. I don't want this year to be an exact repeat of what I did last year. So I think i'll spend at least a few hours one day in there :) Is it just a normal pool with fountains then?

If I remember right, yeah. It's a uniform depth, too, around 1.4 meters. (I think, anyway...It came halfway up my chest and I'm 1.8 meters tall, so yeah.)

I might hit the gym, too, though...Not entirely sure ^_^

If i remember correctly, gym is quite poorly equipped. It's better than nothing though you can do push ups and sit ups on the floor.

Maybe if the place is empty and there's a mat, we could do some wrestling! I'll bring a singlet ;o)
