What would also be extremely helpful is a place to actually do this. The main stage is busy most of the time, sig rooms usually are too small and the lobby is too crowded. Best bet probably would be to go outside, behind the hotel somewhere.

Just need to make really sure we don't break anything there, don't want to leave a bad impression with the locals, do we?

I got some pink poi, I could try to bring them along. This sounds really nice and outside would be good if it doesn't rain *lol* Did we find someone to teach this yet? Cause I got no clue what I'm doing.

For all those who want to do some juggling and stuff and who have some extra spare time:

One week prior to EF, the EJC - European Juggling Convention - is held in Munich. The EJC offers 9 days of workshops for absolute beginners and advanced people alike. There are also lots of performances to enjoy. Check it out at EJC-Homepage :)

Sadly, I neither have the time nor money for that :\
A meetup on EF would still be nice though :)

I can highly recommend the EJC, it's a great experience and lots of friendly people there. Nice atmosphere, everyone's approchable, you can learn new things in workshops or just by standing next to others, etc. If you have the time, go for it :)

Looks tempting. But as for many people here, I won't have the time nor the money for it :P

The meeting at EF would be cool. Question is more about the "when" and the "where" though.
I can teach a few basics I guess but I don't have enough poi for everyone :p.

I really wish I could find someone to teach me the Reverse Flower Antispin or the Straightjacket *grumbles and goes smash himself with his poi while trying to get it right*

this sounds very interesting, this is my first time going to EF, and it sounds like I should bring my juggling gear..  I just ordered a new pair of led poi and I hope they'll be here before EF.

I'm guessing fire-poi/Fire breathing isn't a good idea?

any who, I'd be there. :3 it's always more fun to spin together.. ^^

Indeed. We do have neither the open space nor the fire safety precautions in place for doing such activities in the middle of a city.
