Maritim Hotel is booked out
« on: 13.01.2012, 16:56:43 »

Hello everybody!

The past week has been a wild ride for the reg team - during first 6 days, we have received nothing short of 1150 registration requests - which once again marks a new record in EF history.  Unfortunately that means, that we are already out of rooms! The only two currently still available categories are "suite" and "no room".

That means, from now on everybody who has tried to book any of the sold-out categories, or anybody who does so in the future, will be put on a waiting list.

If you get the waiting list notice, you have four options:

1) You can switch categories to "no room" - this will get you off the waiting list, but you'll have to find accomodation elsewhere in Magdeburg. We're working on some alternative hotel deals, and we'll post an announce here as soon as we have any good offers for overflow space.

2) You can wait. There's no guarantee for it, but a few beds always go back to the bookable pool whenever people cancel, or miss they payment due dates. Every time that happens, we give that space to the next person from the waiting list.

3) Switch to a triple room, or suite: We have a very small amount of three-person rooms. If you know two furries who already have a double room, and they're both fine with it, we can order a third bed to be put into the room - as long as supply lasts. At the time of writing, we also still have two free suites. Get them while they last!

4) You can cancel - even if that's the saddest option, it gets everyone behind you to move up on the waiting list. So if you think you can't make it under these circumstances ... please let us know.

If you have any questions about your individual situation, please don't ask us in the forum, please don't ask us on twitter, please don't send us PMs. Please write an email to reg@eurofurence.org !! Thank you.
