I have a question regarding this  text in the "EF Registration - Waiting List Notice" email,
This is the text:
_________________________
2) Seek accomodation in someone else's room

If you are able to find two or three others, and at least two of this
group have already had their registrations accepted, you can form
one room for up to 4 people.

BY FORMING SUCH A GROUP YOU WILL DIRECTLY BE REMOVED FROM THE WAITING LIST!

Log in to the registration system and select the hotel room option
"Double room used for three" or "Double room used for four". The others of
the group should do the same. Don't forget to put one another's
registration numbers into the roommate fields and select a preferred room
 category.

If I understand this correctly, does this mean that someone can have a double shared room (170,00 euro's paid by every person)
and can add to max to 4 persons in one single room? (which usually has only 2 beds and the room itself was meant for 2 persons?)

The options  "Double room used for three" or "Double room used for four" where exactly can I find these options on the registration form?
Because al the other options cost more (Superior, studio, suite) and Iam not sure that you guys mean these options.

Where I want to go with this is that me and a friend of mine want to form a group which could go in one of those standard double shared rooms with two others.
(we are still on the waiting list and I want form a group with someone who has two spaces left....)

many thanks....

It seems that a system update messed up the mail templates, installing an old version of the text. Our apologies.

So at this point I have to consider this text as it was never posted?  ???
We have to wait until other hotels/ options are being made available by you guys? (or search for ourselves...)

There is a small number of rooms that can be used for 3 people. Because the supply is so limited, you cannot book them yourself.

Simply reply to any of the automated mails from the registration system to inquire if there are any left. Administrators can book the 3-person option for you and your two room mates.

This will also reduce your accommodation cost by 15 EUR per person (Standard room) or 20 EUR (all other room types).

Sorry about the outdated mail template. We'll try to fix that as soon as possible. It should say "mail to us" instead of "book it yourself". That only worked in the Ringberg hotel three years ago...

Ok, now its clear to me, I will post a new topic on the "room sharing" section.
Hopefully someone has a space left and I can register faster if they are willing to share...
Then I have to do the same thing for my friend...

Option nr.5 would be sleeping in my car near the hotel.... ;D
