No, you can even apply for a fursuit badge at the con - but then it will cost you a 5€ fee and there will be some considerable waiting time.

However there is a deadline for the preproduction.
If you want to get your free fursuitbadge and get it from the preproduction run (meaning it'll ne ready to pick up at registration) your data for the badge and the picture need to be in the system by the 24th of August.
