Furoticon game

(1/1)

Suran:
How much interest is there in hosting a Furoticon game?
Maybe even a turnament with prizes.
Certainly with introductory games for new players of cause.
A number of people already asked about it.

If enough people are interested I could order a larger selection of the new "Tribes of Tanglebrook" edition and prepare provided, marked decks to borrow for the game sessions.
(So you don't have to have your own deck ...just yet.)

Dhary Montecore:
Please keep the rules in mind: no adult material in public areas. Just reminding.

RealZero:
Would be cool to see Furoticon wider spread outside the US, so, if my schedule at the con allows it, I'd at least take a look at it, maybe use my cards for more than just collecting. :D
So, basically I like the idea, if you can get an area for the game that can be used without breaking the rules.

Greetings,
RealZero

Yup, that's right. It's a bit of a fringe case, since not all cards actually have X-Rated graphics on them, but for the sake of avoiding any unpleasant discussions, I'd ask everyone to make sure you get your own room for playing this game.

Suran:
Well, I guess I'll skip it then if we can't make it a SIG with badge-check at the door.
A room wouldn't work for an up to 16 player+spectators tournament with prizes to win and stuff.
Seppel gave me the tournament rules and notes how he runs them at the US cons,
that's how I got the idea.
Maybe better to try it at a smaller european con first, if we find enough players.

I'll check with my room mate for the option of a small room party where we could also play a game or two.
