Hi again. Me and the other part followed the instructions given in the previous thread but it has been several days and no answer from the reg team...
You both wrote en e-mail to reg@eurofurence.org? Did both of you get the automated response? That one starting with:
Thanks for your e-mail. This is an automated answer to let you know that a new
request ticket has been created.
If you or the other person did not get that automated response, please re-send your e-mail. There was a little server glitch some days ago which affected the ticket system.
tomorrow is the last day of payment for tickets and such before they start to erase entries...
if any of the reg team should read this. please send a PM, i really don't want to miss EF because of a mis-communications error <3
As far as I know there is no automatism which kicks anybody off the list. (And as I read in the
other thread, your friend's ticket is already paid.) So don't worry too much. : )
