after watching the recent series of "Any Dream Will Do" here in the uk iv come up with a (hopefully good) idea for a sketch but i have one quick question first, how many male suits usually appear at EF that have moving jaws coz im thinking of doing a signing sketch?

I think you mean a singing sketch? Well my suit will have a moving yaw soon (hopefully), but I'm not much of a singer ;D. I do stand out of the crowd though ;D.

Hm... Loko too is a male and has a moving jaw. I like to sing, but my voice has a serious middle-tones gap...

Singing? Hmmm....sounds like fun! I love to sing! But I need a moving jaw suit for it to work. But if anyone wants to sing with me, we could do some awesome duets!
