I seen that double room price is 90.50€ for night, but it include both ppl or it's for only one? and if it's for both, must be payed before to come in hotel (like EF ticket) or we can pay it at checkin? if not, must we pay togheter or we can pay our part eachother?

The price is for TWO persons. You then split with your friend. One person needs to book the room. You can split the bill when you check out.
