booking early.
« on: 20.01.2014, 13:54:55 »

I'm trying to book my room on the 17th so I can see germany before the con but I'm having some trouble doing so. will the hotel work with me so i can get there sunday or will i have to book on the 18th?

Ive sent a email to the hotel but with the facts being I've never been to this con i don't know how much trouble it will be getting in early.

Not sure what your plans are, but if you can, you could try to stay a few days after the con (as well).  That gives you an opportunity to settle down after all the parties, and check out Berlin a little more before heading home.  And it might be cheaper too — the hotel discount is until 26th or so.

What is the time window when special convention rates apply in the hotel? There's an opportunity for me to get a cheap direct flight to Berlin on Monday, Aug 18th. Would the special con rates apply then?
